Now that Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s report has been politicized by Democrats, Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) wants to investigate anti-Trump bias, corruption and conspiracy at the Department of Justice [DOJ], FBI and National Security Agency [NSA]. All three agencies had role in 2016 in spying on President Donald Trump and his campaign. Democrats and their friends in the press were outraged March 4, 2016 when Trump accused former President Barack Obama of “tapping his phones.” Demanding immediate proof back then, Democrats and the press dismissed Trump’s charge as another of Trump’s lies. Yet what we know today is that former President Barack Obama gave the green light in 2016 to former Atty. Gen. Loretta Lynch, former National Security Adviser Susan Rice and former FBI Director James Comey to wiretap Trump and campaign officials.

Mueller’s March 22 final report established (a) there was no collusion with Moscow on the Trump campaign, (b) there was insufficient legal grounds to bring an obstruction case against Trump and (c) that there would be no more indictments for Trump or his inner circle. Graham now wants to know why the DOJ’s Deputy Director Rod Rosenstein opened up a Special Counsel investigation into alleged Trump collusion in the 2016 campaign. Mueller’s Special Counsel office was mandated to investigate Russian meddling in the 2016 campaign and alleged Trump coordination with the Kremlin. Graham wants a Special Counsel appointed to investigate the basis behind the Special Counsel probe but, more importantly, whether there was a conspiracy at the DOJ, FBI and NSA to prevent Trump from becoming president. Enough press reports have indicated a conspiracy at the DOJ and FBI.

When you really look at the purpose of the Mueller probe, beyond finding the obvious, it was an attempt by Rosenstein to prevent Graham’s inquiry into an active conspiracy at the DOJ and FBI to sabotage Trump’s campaign. If Graham digs a little deeper, he’ll find that former Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton colluded with the DOJ and FBI to prevent Trump from winning the 2016 presidential election. Hillary did her utmost to link Trump with the Kremlin, establishing him as a national security threat. When you consider the DOJ and FBI used Hillary’s paid opposition research AKA “the dossier” to establish probable cause, it would confirm an active conspiracy in the DOJ and FBI to sabotage Trump’s campaign. Graham wants Atty. Gen. William Barr to appoint a Special Counsel to investigate conspiracy in the DOJ and FBI to sabotage Trump’s campaign.

Disgraced former Deputy FBI Director Andrew McCabe told CBS’s “60 Minutes” reporter Scott Pelley Feb. 15 that Trump was a Russian agent. McCabe confirms the DOJ and FBI narrative that they had probable cause to investigate Trump and his campaign for a national security threat or possible treason. Graham wants to know how much the DOJ and FBI used Hillary’s “dossier” to get warrants to wiretap Trump and his campaign personnel from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court Act [FISA] Court back in 2016. Former Obama National Security Advisor Susan Rice admitted under oath in the House Intelligence Committee Sept. 13, 2017 she unmasked wiretapped conversations between Trump campaign officials and former Russian Amb. Sergey Kislyak. Graham wants to know how much the DOJ and FBI relied on Hillary’s paid opposition research against Trump.

If the Special Counsel investigation were based on Hillary’s unverified “dossier,” Graham wants the FBI to produce any other evidence that led the DOJ and FBI to investigate the Trump campaign. While Comey told the House Judiciary Committee that he had evidence other than the Steele “dossier” for probable cause to seek wiretaps of former Trump foreign policy aid Carter Page. Yet no one from the FBI ever produced as shred of documentation other than unverified statements the Steele “dossier.” “What role did the dossier play? Was it the primary source of the information given to the court, was it supplemental, was its out come determinative? I want to hear from [Bruce] Ohr why he warned people that you might not want to rely on Christopher Steele,” said Graham, questioning the evidence the DOJ and FBI used to seek warrants to wiretap Page and other Trump campaign officials.

Mueller’s final report upends the Democrat narrative that Trump was a Russian spy that colluded with the Kremlin to win the 2016 presidential election. Graham wants to find out now the extent of the DOJ and FBI conspiracy to sabotage Trump’s presidential campaign. “I want to know the role James Comey played in this process. I want to find out: Was the only reason you recused yourself was because of the tarmac meeting with Loretta Lynch,” referring to the June 30, 2016 meeting between Lynch and former President Bill Clinton on the tarmac of Phoenix’s Sky Harbor airport. Six Days later July 5, Comey announced that Hillary would not be charged in her email scandal.
Democrats find themselves in full on panic mode now that Trump has been acquitted in Mueller’s Special Counsel probe. Graham wants answers to restore damaged credibility at the DOJ and FBI.
